Welcome to the International Hotel Management Academy (IHMA), an esteemed educational institution based in Colombo 7, Sri Lanka. IHMA was founded through a partnership between Together with Youth (TWY), Freudenberg Leisure, and Business & Leisure Management Services (BLMS). Our mission is to cultivate the next generation of hospitality leaders by providing world-class education and training in hotel management.
IHMA proudly offers Australian pathway programs in Sri Lanka through Culinary Solutions Australia International (CSAI). Our flagship program, the “Diploma in Hospitality Management,” is delivered in collaboration with Culinary Solutions Australia International Registered Training Organization (RTO) in Melbourne. This comprehensive twelve month course allows students to begin their academic journey in Sri Lanka and seamlessly continue their studies abroad. Graduates of the diploma program are eligible to advance directly into a bachelor’s degree year two program at The Hotel School Australia, paving the way for an exciting and successful career in the global hospitality industry.

- Culinary Solutions Australia International (CSAI): Our collaboration with CSAI ensures that our curriculum meets the highest international standards in culinary and hospitality training.
Additionally, we provide our students with a clear pathway to further their studies in Australia. Through our partnership with The Hotel School Australia, students can advance to a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management. This program is offered through a unique collaboration between Southern Cross University and Mulpha, with campuses in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.
